Summary: Come join us for a morning skills clinic prior to our first indoor track and field meet of the winter season! Youth athletes ages 18 and under can learn and practice skills in a real environment with real coaches and clinicians. We will have sessions for many events including sprints, relays, jumps, throws, and hurdles.

Cost: There is no cost for the morning clinic or the luncheon, but if you chose to compete in the afternoon track meet, you must pay the registration fee and register online in advance. There will be no in person registration for the afternoon track meet.

What to expect on the day of the clinic: All athletes will be divided into five age groups upon check-in (8 and under, 9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18) and then will experience each event session. Lunch will be provided and in the afternoon, you can show off your skills in a real meet!
