Online Registration - Current USATF Members will be given a $5 discount at checkout. NO MEET DAY REGISTRATION Cost: $25 Valid USATF members pay only $20 for the meet; USATF memberships may be purchased by visiting www.USATF.org. In addition to the discount for this meet, membership is required for the Association Indoor Championship and other discounts are available to members throughout the year. Eligibility: All ages. Open to non-USATF members and USATF members. While it is not required that participants have current USATF memberships, a $5 discount is provided to valid USATF members. Entry: There will be NO DAY OF MEET REGISTRATION. All participants must register online. Schedule of Events: A rolling schedule for track events will be used. Athletes may participate in the events they preregister for. Event heats will be seeded with submitted seed times. Heats will be composed of athletes with similar seed times, not by age group or gender. It is the responsibility of the athlete to report to an event in a timely manner. NO REFUNDS PROVIDED. The facility will open to athletes 1 hour PRIOR to the start time, not earlier - no exceptions. The meet will conclude 15 minutes PRIOR to the ENDING TIME LISTED. All events start at 11:30am Shot Put (3 attempts) Weight Throw (Open & Masters only) after SP Super Weight Throw (Open & masters only) after Weight Throw PV LJ (3 attempts) Girls inside pit/Boys Outside pit (11:30am - 2:30pm) TJ (3 attempts) Girls inside pit/Boys Outside pit (3:30pm - 5:30pm) HJ Running: 60H 60D 1 Mile/Race Walk 400M 800M 200M Pole Vault may be contested in flights: 1 Flight: 20 entries or less 2 Flights: 21 - 36 entries 3 Flights: 37 entries or more (Flights will be seeded with the "Top" flight first) Please note flight times will be posted once entries close - it's the athlete/coaches responsibility to enter "honest" marks. Progression for all flights will be: 30cm for the first 2 heights then 15cm going forward. Equipment: Pole vault will be contested. Vaulters must supply their own poles. Spikes of 1/4 inch or shorter are permitted on the track. Note to athletes: Due to facility time constraints, this meet is not a developmental meet. Athletes will be responsible for knowing how to set their own blocks. If an athlete can not set their own blocks before their section/heat is supposed to start the blocks will be set aside and they will have to race without them.
