1. The track will be closed to only the following (this includes the jumps and PV areas):
- Athletes in competition
- USATF coaches on the SafeSport compliance list
- Officials
2. Clerking will happen outside the track - we will have this clearly identified by the next meet
- calls will be made for each event and when needed, each heat
- athletes will be allowed infield to finalize their warmup on the track once clerked
- athletes will then be lined up by heat behind the blocks on the track to await their race
- block starts will be allowed as soon as the preceding heat begins and only for the next heat in line
- One gate will be unlocked for athlete passing from clerking, but it will be marshalled.
3. All spectators need to remain in the stands or around the perimeter, and parents may not accompany their child onto the field for competition. Children who compete in heats with ages 10 or younger will be returned to the gate for parent reunification.
4. Jumps and PV spectators can watch from the back side stands or outside the fence behind the PV area.
5. Warmups can take place in the open field behind the stadium noting the following:
- Hurdles will be available in the warmup area
- Blocks will not be available in the warmup area
- Ample time will be allowed after clerking for athletes to finalize their warmup on the track
7. Food of any kind will not be allowed on the infield. Receptacles are placed around the facility and we ask that people take the time to use them to dispose of their garbage rather than leaving it on the ground or in the stands.
