The 9-lane Mondo track at Klas Field, Hamline University, Saint Paul. From Interstate 94, go north on Snelling Avenue one block past Hewitt to Taylor.

$15 first event, $4 for each additional event if postmarked by June 1, 2020. Limit 8 events.
Late entries $20 first event and $5 for each additional event; meet day registration begins at 7:30 AM - cash or check only.
Competition will be in five-year age groups for men and women starting at age 35, plus Open division.
Medals to the top three finishers in each age group.

Men and women 18 years of age and older. (Athletes who are still 18 years of age through the final day of the USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic Outdoor Track & Field Championship (August 2, 2020) are eligible to compete in the 17-18 division through that meet and should enter the USATF Minnesota Association Junior Olympic Outdoor Track & Field Championship.)
All competitors must by 2020 members of USATF Minnesota.
Members of other USATF Associations may compete as guests (no awards). To register with USATF, go to the

9:00 AM - 5000 Meter Run
9:30 AM - 5000 Meter Race Walk
10:30 AM - 80/100/110 Meter Hurdles
10:45 AM - 1500 Meter Run
11:30 AM - 100 Meter Run
11:45 AM - 400 Meter Run
12:00 Noon - 800 Meter Run
12:25 PM - 300/400 Meter Hurdles
12:30 PM - 200 Meter Run
12:45 PM - 4 x 100 Meter Relay
12:55 PM - 4 x 400 Meter Relay
1:05 PM - 3000 Meter Steeplechase
Order of field events:
8:30 AM - Discus (one hour open circle)
9:40 AM - Long Jump (Triple Jump following)
10:00 AM - Pole Vault
10:00 AM - Hammer (following the discus)
10:15 AM - High Jump
10:15 AM - Shot Put (one hour open circle)
11:30 AM - Javelin (one hour)
